Grespi’s in-house doctor is an experienced GP focussed on forming a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s health as it relates to work – followed by a report for employers. Working with the individual’s consent, the doctor may obtain medical records for review and offer a consultation by online video. Our emphasis is on clarification of person-centred health needs. Following a records review or consultation, the doctor may advise on any specialist assessments needed and help to facilitate referral. Our in-house doctor works closely with Grespi’s consultant psychiatrists to ensure a seamless integration of physical and psychological health provision.
